RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our Policy. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

 

INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

Business Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Sanodokan, Startup Ventures P. Ltd. Located at Mahalaxmi, Lalitpur Nepal, NP.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to My Site, accessible from sanodokan.com

You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND, CREDIT/GIFT CARD, or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:

Product that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return with following exemptions.

Items that Can't be Returned There are some items that you can't return to Sanodokan.com or can only return to a third-party seller. Sanodokan.com doesn't accept returns of the following items:

  • Any purchase more than 14 days for local/national purchase and 30 days for international purchase.
  • Items classified as hazardous materials or that use flammable liquids or gases (contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information)
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC Downloadable software products Online subscriptions after they have been accessed Gift cards (except as required by law)
  • Prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.)
  • Some jewelry orders
  • Some health and personal care orders
  • Grocery products
  • Open software Items with special shipping restrictions
  • Live insects
  • Books and stationery
  • Gift items that are used for special occasion or event
  • Personally customized items of products

Note: Sanodokan.com doesn't accept returns for items fulfilled by third-party sellers. The seller determines the return policy. You can see specific information per item in Your Orders. If the item you purchased from Sanodokan.com is returnable, you'll see a message saying so when you select Return or Replace Item in Your Orders. If the item is not returnable per the Sanodokan return policy, you will not see any message. If you have a nonreturnable item that arrived damaged or defective, you can request a refund or replacement in Your Orders. If the refund or replacement option is not available, you can contact us.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

Once the product is delivered to the customer, if the return is available, may request for return. When the request is received and approved with proper reason, you are required to Send back the product to one of our warehouse or local representatives. Once the product is arrived properly, we will proceed for Refund

 

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days of your purchase for local purchase and within 30 days for international purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 (national) 30 (international) days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • Subscription package in not refundable but you can cancel your subscription at any time. The service will be active until your subscription expired
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn't used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

If the product you have received which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase. 

 

CREDIT POLICY

You are given 45 days to ask for the credit from the date of purchase. Customers are entitled to ask for STORE-CREDIT or GIFT CARD in exchange to the Goods

In order for the product to be eligible for Credit make sure that these following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn't used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Product that are on sale or discounted is eligible for Credit depending on the Store Refund Policy

If the product you have received which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.

We offer 100% return to refund that are processed through Credit and has No Expiry Period. Unfortunately, Credits can't be used to pay for shipping fees.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 14 days. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed. 

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn't used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

You exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the rights to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.
